Client acknowledges that the Illustrator is the owner of all copyright and shall retain intellectual rights to all produced Illustration(s).

The Illustrator retains the rights to use the artwork to submit online or to include in their portfolio for self-promotional purposes or to use for future merchandise and contests if applicable.

The Illustration(s) are for personal use only, they are not to be redistributed without credit, claimed as one's own or used for commercial purposes, unless agreed to in writing by the Illustrator. No modifications, changes or alterations may be made to Illustration(s) or any part thereof, directly or indirectly, without Illustrator's prior written consent.

Client agrees to credit the Illustrator in connection with the artwork.

Full payment of fees must be received before beginning the work, at which point the cancellation terms come into effect. Should Client choose to cancel the artwork before commencement, Client agrees to pay Illustrator a minimum charge of 66% of the final fee. If cancellation occurs after coloring begins, Client will be liable for 100% of the final fee. Sketch commissions cannot be cancelled.

The Illustrator reserves the right to deny or cancel any commission without giving specific reasons and refund the appropriate quantity of money.

Failure to comply with the Terms of Service may result in the revocation of the right to the use of Illustration(s) at the discretion of the Illustrator.

Terms become effective upon the submission of the Commission Form agreement.

Commissions are for personal use only in any way that is non-commercial and non-profitable. Please do not redistribute my artwork without credit, claim as your own or use for commercial purposes without my explicit permission.

A cancellation from the client will result in a refund of 33% of the final payment.

Once the coloring process has begun you can't cancel a commission, sketch commissions can't be cancelled.
